We have a strict safety protocol and all of our staff members are trained in emergency procedures. We have security cameras in the classrooms and a secure entrance. We also have intercoms in each room for better communication. 

Yes, we have a large outdoor play area and we incorporate outdoor play into our daily schedule.

We use positive reinforcement and redirection techniques to encourage good behavior. We also have a behavior management plan in place if necessary.
